CarKhojo primarily offers digital services, including but not limited to:

• Dealer Subscription Plans

• Homepage Banner Advertisements
• Promotional Campaigns
• AI Image Services
• AI Credit Purchases

• Premium Visibility Packages

As these are digital services, different refund rules apply compared to physical products.

2. No Refund Policy

Unless otherwise required under applicable law, all payments made on CarKhojo are final and non-refundable once any of the following has occurred:

• A subscription has been activated.
• A listing has been published.
• AI Credits have been added to the account.
• A promotional campaign has started.
• Banner advertisements have gone live.
• Digital marketing services have commenced.
• Any digital service has been delivered or partially delivered.

3. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel the automatic renewal of their subscription at any time through their account settings (if applicable).

Cancellation will stop future renewals only.

No refund will be provided for the remaining subscription period already paid for.

4. Exceptional Refunds

CarKhojo may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund in the following situations:

• Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
• Payment deducted but service was not activated.
• Incorrect transaction caused by a verified system error.

Refund requests are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed.

5. AI Credits

AI Credits purchased on CarKhojo:

• are non-transferable,
• cannot be exchanged for cash,
• are non-refundable,
• cannot be converted into wallet balance unless required by law.

6. Dealer Promotions

Once any promotional campaign, featured listing, homepage banner, sponsored listing, or marketing service has started, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

7. User Mistakes

Refunds will not be issued for:

• purchasing the wrong subscription,
• accidental purchases,
• change of mind,
• failure to use purchased services,
• incorrect listing information submitted by the user,
• low sales or business performance.

8. Failed Transactions

If payment is deducted but the purchased service is not activated due to a technical issue, users should contact our support team.

After verification, CarKhojo may:

• activate the purchased service, or
• issue a refund where appropriate.

9. Chargebacks

Users are encouraged to contact CarKhojo before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of the user's account.
